I had a wonderful stay in this hotel, located just across the street from the train station. It was so convenient for exploring the city and visiting all the major sights. During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I liked the fact that it was located near the train station, making it convenient for transportation. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and even providing us with a cozy garden area to relax in before our train departure.
There were a few aspects that I disliked about this hotel. the rooms were quite small and outdated in terms of decor.

During our stay at a hotel in Florence, we had a minor issue with the heating in our room.
